Other Policies

Conditions that apply to bookings:

- 100% deposit required to secure booking

- The credit card used to make the online booking needs to be presented at check-in

- A copy of the cardholder's ID/ Passport is required on arrival

- All cancellation refunds are subject to an administration fee.

Cancellation policy:

- Cancel 30 days before arrival for a full refund.

- 0-29 days prior to arrival and the full booking amount is forfeited.

- All cancellation refunds are subject to an administration fee.

- Refunds may take up to 14 days to process

Cabin Policies:

- Check-in time: from 14:00 -20h00. It is not recommended to arrive in the dark if self-driving

- Check out time: by 10:00

- No smoking inside

- No flames of any sort outside due to high fire risk (the hot tub stove lid must be kept on at all times)

- 4x4 access is required to get to the cabin (4x4 shuttle service available as an additional add-on)

- Infants and children under the age of 12 cannot be accommodated at the cabin for safety reasons.

- Maximum occupancy is 2 people (children over 12 are included in this count)

- Pets by arrangement only.
